Caozelo 30% ivory chocolate has been specially designed for professionals producing large quantities. Its versatility is designed to meet the needs of professionals working with chocolate, including pastry chefs, chocolatiers, caterers and restaurateurs.

Easy to use, its not overly sweet taste makes it suitable for use in all kinds of creations.

Fresh notes of cocoa butter and vanilla cream are followed by an indulgent dulce de leche finish.
