Z-café chocolate is ideal for unique creations. Genuine Brazilian Arabica coffee beans are roasted and ground at the Manufacture. They blossom in a 70% cocoa dark chocolate, giving it successive delicious notes of fruity aromatic coffees, then Italian coffees, for an intense coffee taste without the bitterness. No flavoring is added to this chocolate, for a true taste. Perfect for making tablets, ganaches, mousses or ice creams.
