THÉOBROMA

The Theobroma consists of traditional almond and hazelnut praliné with the addition of cocoa nibs (small pieces of Plantation cocoa beans) to give it real crunch and an even more intense cocoa flavour. Its Vanuari® 39% cocoa milk chocolate coating softens the flavour of the cocoa and provides wonderful balance. Hand finished, it is easily identifiable from the small pod decoration made of Kayambe 72% cocoa dark chocolate.
