PERLE IVOIRE

The Perle Ivoire is a variation on the iconic Perle d’Or product which reflects the Manufacture’s craftsmanship: after creating and shaping the nougatine shell, it is then filled with a generous praliné, traditionally made with almonds and hazelnuts, then covered with our Elianza® 33% Ivory couverture chocolate. In its snow-coloured wrapper, it combines perfectly with our Perles Or and Noir. A must-have product for festive celebrations.
