The Dark Praliné Royal is an all-important feature of the Praliné selection. Produced according to the traditional recipe for old-fashioned praliné, with caramelised almonds and hazelnuts roasted in copper cooking pots before being transferred to the granite grinder. It is enriched with small pieces of roasted almond to obtain the signature CLUIZEL crunch. The robust Vanuari 63% cocoa dark chocolate coating is an excellent match for the sweet praliné.
