The Perle Noir is an iconic product which reflects the Manufacture’s craftsmanship: after creating and shaping the nougatine shell, it is then filled with a generous praliné, traditionally made with almonds and hazelnuts, then covered with our 63% Vanuari® Dark couverture chocolate. Finally, it is sealed in its dark brown aluminium wrapper. A must-have product for festive celebrations.
