INTRÉPIDE

The Intrépide is a distillation of the Manufacture CLUIZEL’s savoir-faire. Technically, it is a double-layered sweet which combines a bed of traditionally made almond-hazelnut praline with a very soft caramel. In terms of the taste, it is a shock of flavours and textures: you will be surprised by the balanced combination, the slight sweetness tempered by a pinch of salt. With its raw cocoa powder, it is inimitable and unmissable.
