The Hoshiyuzu is one of the most delicate and subtle sweets in the M100 range; with its intense dark chocolate ganache made with real yuzu – a Japanese citrus fruit with tangy notes – intense cocoa notes mingle with fruity notes to delight the palate, the wonderful balance between them allowing all the key ingredients to come through.
