GRIOTTE DÉNOYAUTÉE

The stoned Morello Cherry is key to chocolate brandy: the cherries are aged in our workshops in oak barrels in pure Kirsch. The shape of the sweet is achieved thanks to a traditional technique, then the cherry — without the stone! — is covered with its alcohol in a delicious 63% dark chocolate. Its red aluminium foil is a reminder of the festive period when this famous treat is greatly enjoyed.
