CLUIZEL international Hands On

Savoir-Faire in Action : 11th CLUIZEL international Hands On

The 11th edition of the CLUIZEL international Hands On recently took place in our workshops in Normandy. Selected by our distributor partners, 12 pastry chefs and chocolatiers were invited to discover the refined world and know-how of our Manufacture.

 

Under the guidance of our partner Chef Jordi Puigvert and our Ambassador Chef Rémi Carreño Paredes, our guest chefs created exclusive recipes using emblematic Manufacture products.

Among the creations, the Decadent Chocolate, Coconut & Olive Oil Snack was made with our Slim Faconnables, while our new Grand Cru Ambanja chocolate couverture was used to create the Moulded Double Lemon Bonbon. Allergen-free, gluten-free and lactose-free options were also offered.

Bringing together chefs from 12 different countries, these encounters enrich and inspire us. Thanks to Jordi Puigvert for his unstinting commitment, and to our distributors and guests for their confidence.
