FEEDBACK ON THE INTERNATIONAL MEETINGS OF THE 1ST QUARTER 2024!

In the first quarter of 2024, a new era of discovery began with a series of international events for the Manufacture. In particular, our Chef Ambassadors were able to lead demonstrations for our distributors and customers; an opportunity to discover the secrets of our Laboratory Products.

Here’s a look back at the highlights of this year’s exceptional events.

Stop N°1: In Rome, the Manufacture's presentation at High Quality Food.

The "High Quality Food" event was an opportunity for the Manufacture to present its history and its range of Laboratory Products to the chocolate professionals in attendance. At the heart of the event were tastings, enabling our guests to discover our chocolate-making expertise and the uniqueness of the CLUIZEL taste.

Stop #2: In Piedmont, the Manufacture hosted the Granda Freschi Master class.

In Piedmont, on January 30 and 31, our Chef Ambassador, Jordi Puigvert, had the opportunity to host the Granda Freschi Master class. During this event, he shared his expertise by presenting 7 technical recipes, including a vegan and gluten-free plated dessert made with our Mangaro 71% Plantation Chocolate.

Thanks to the ambassador team for once again being the voice of our Manufacture on the international stage.

Stop #3: In Finland, an electric Hands On at Unilever hosted by our Chef Ambassador Guilherme Guise

In the heart of Unilever's kitchen, and in collaboration with our distributor partner Donier Gastronomie, our Chef Ambassador Guilherme Guise hosted an electric Hands On!

In the presence of Chef Aino Kasanen, a member of the Finnish team at the Bocuse d'Or, a dozen enthusiasts discovered Chef Guise's creations.

Here's a look at two of his recipes: La Forêt Noire made with our Plantation Mangaro 71% chocolate, and a dessert made with Grand-Cru Guayas 70% with subtle notes of blackberry and açaí.

Arrêt N°4 : En Allemagne, la Manufacture a été présente au salon Intergastra

À l’Intergastra, place à la gourmandise, notre distributeur Confis Express a mis en honneur notre couverture de chocolat Kayambe lait 45% en proposant la dégustation d’un bonbon chocolat créé pour l’évènement. Merci à nos partenaires Confis Express et Delta Fleish pour leur soutien lors de ces évènements et tout au long de l’année.
