The Chef's inspiration:

"For a light and indulgent festive season, I've created an ice cream log. Dive into the delicate combination of our Caozelo 38% milk chocolate and our delicious traditional praline.

To complete this frozen dessert, I wanted to add some crunch and toasted notes with roasted buckwheat, a souvenir of my last trip to Brittany."
