Manufacture CLUIZEL enhances the chocolate using a base of 72% cocoa Dark chocolate with a velvety texture, woody and liquorice aromatic notes, and a creamy 45% Milk chocolate with notes of brown caramel and cocoa. Sprinkled with intense, candied or caramelised dried fruits and nuts, the crunchy bars offer a wonderful balance between sweet chocolate and crunchy fruit while awakening the senses with fresh tangy fruits.
